decent stay but room felt cramped

The hotel's proximity to Baker Street station made my late-night travels much easier. I appreciated the convenience of being just a few minutes away on foot. the landmark view from the room, despite its size, was quite enjoyable.

The cleanliness of the space left much to be desired. I found old clothes left behind and even tomatoes under my mattress. The bathroom felt cramped and uncared for, with black mold in the grout, and the walls were thin enough to hear conversations from the next room. my room was quite cold and the floor had an uncomfortable lean to it that made resting difficult. While some aspects showed signs of an attempt at decor, like the complimentary coffee, it was overshadowed by peeling paint and creaking floors.

Just a great match for shopping in London with best value for money ratio. The front desk was polite but slow. Be cautious about the room conditions before making a decision.

Great service but needs improvement

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. The receptionist was super helpful, explaining key stuff like how to get in at night. The room was cozy, and I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the pastries. it was noisy at times which can be distracting when you're trying to relax.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring nearby attractions like the Zoo and Madame Tussauds, which were just a stroll away. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and the free tea and coffee were a nice touch. The location's perfect, and we enjoyed a peaceful night despite the busy neighborhood. I'd totally come back anytime!

We did notice a bit of a cleanliness issue in the bathroom, which could definitely use some attention.

The location was fantastic, being just off Baker Street and close to public transport. the hotel could benefit from improvements in cleanliness as some areas felt a bit neglected.

The location was really good, being just a short walk away from both Marylebone and Baker Street stations made getting around London easy. The complimentary sweets were a nice touch, and the shower was impressively powerful. the lack of air conditioning made the stay quite uncomfortable during the hot days and nights. it had some charm but definitely needs some upgrades.

The best part was the comfy bed 🛏️, I slept so well! The location is great, so close to everything. Just wish the bathroom could've been cleaner.
